It is an Intranet/Extranet/Internet application that facilitates sharing scarce resources between users at different locations.
It has a microsoft outlook calendar style look which is user-friendly and easy to navigate. With the day, week and month calendar views and user friendly interface, users can reserve a resource such as a meeting room, hairdresser appointments, dinner reservations and much more within minutes from any computer. eReservations operates in a multi-user environment which is permission driven. There are 2 basic users of the system. The administrator and the general users who reserve the application.
Key Features The site administrator sets up the system. -System setup includes -Adding different locations -Adding multiple-resources per location Adding users or approving registered users to the system. When the system is in operation the administrator has to confirm resources and booking and generates an automated email to the user. To reserve a resource a user simply clicks on an available resource at a particular time. Bookings can be recurring every day of week.
